Life Can Be Challenging, Let’s PEACE It Together
Welcome to Peace by Piece Therapy!
A safe space where you can pause, process what you are going through, and find the peace and clarity you need. Where your voice is heard, your story is honored, and your journey is respected. Celebrating your individuality, embracing your cultural identity, and walking beside you as you heal and grow in the way that feels right for you.

I help people reconnect with themselves, heal, and grow with intention
Do you experience chronic stress, anxiety, or difficulty setting healthy boundaries? Are relationship challenges or the weight of past experiences making it hard to feel grounded and at peace? Maybe you have been trying to keep it all together on your own for a while but now it is time to reach out for support.
I help people who feel weighed down by stress, worry, or self-doubt and disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, trying to hold everything together while carrying the weight of expectations, past trauma, or major life changes. Together, we will uncover what is keeping you from feeling at peace, strengthen your ability to set healthy boundaries, and nurture a deeper sense of calm and confidence. My goal is to help you feel grounded, whole, and connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
As your therapist, I will walk alongside you as you navigate difficult emotions and life’s challenges, and support you in reconnecting with your strengths. We will work together to help you reach a better place, where you move forward with confidence, pursue your goals with clarity, and embrace life with joy.
